Jeanie & Bill Wyatt Gallery
Reception Saturday, April 12th 5-7PM
Inspired by the flowing energies of being, nature, and the human body, he uses line and form in calm, minimalist ways to create a subtle sense of peace and reflectiveness for viewers. Often working in the abstract, the human torso, water, wind, clouds, and currents of life and landscape are typical subjects for him, and he often attempts to make forms seem as if they appeared from these currents and flows simply and naturally. There is a calm immediacy to his works that invite viewers to explore and ponder. He uses a variety of media, usually focusing on stone, wood, and bronze.
