“It’s not the camera but who’s behind the camera” … and that person should be you in 2021. It’s time to do something fun for yourself again!
“An Introduction to Digital Photography “is a 4-week course that’s perfect for both beginners with a cell phone camera and those who have more advanced cameras… but maybe haven’t quite mastered everything yet.
In this course we’ll cover…
· Best practices for taking good photographs.
· Compositional elements and how using them can take a photograph from good to great.
· How to get your photographs off of your camera to share with family and others on social media.
· How to improve your photographs with some basic post-processing.
· And MUCH more…
Initially we’ll be taking photographs with our cell phone cameras. The students will email or text their photographs to me and we’ll do some GENTLE critiquing together in class. I’ve found this a great way to learn from each other’s work.
Bring your cell phone and a notebook to class we’ll begin this journey together.
